Ingredients

  • 250g smoked snoek, flaked and bones removed
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 30ml mayonnaise
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5ml finely chopped parsley
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Melba toast for serving

Method

    Place the flaked snoek in a bowl and check carefully for small bones.

    In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.

    Fold the snoek and parsley into the cream mixture.

    Season with black pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
