Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1 packet brown onion soup mix
  • 330ml ginger beer
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method

    In a large bowl, whisk together the ginger beer, soup mix, oil, lemon juice, and paprika.

    Add the chicken wings to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated, and marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

    Prepare a medium-heat fire in your braai.

    Grill the wings over the coals, turning frequently to avoid burning the sugars in the marinade.
